All practices are held at West Gwinnett Aquatic Center

**Swimmers may practice 3 days each week**

Sunday:  4pm – 5pm ; Monday-Thursday: 7pm – 8pm 

**Dry Land Conditioning Workouts: Monday & Wednesday 

6:30pm-7pm (Fall Pre-Season Only)

We follow the Gwinnett County School Calendar. There is no practice during school breaks.
